-Complimentary 1 hour Home Staging Consultation
-Photos of home

2. Launch Marketing Campaign
-List your home on Realtor.ca
-Royal Le Page gallow style sign on your lawn & lockbox installed
-Develop ads & ” Just Listed” direct mail to Royal Le Page Sales Team
-Featured on multiple websites
-Posting on MLS Review
-Colour feature sheets of your home, photos & info for potential buyers

3. Show Your Home
-Have “Open Houses” ( optional )
-Organize real estate office tours ( as permitted )
-Co-ordinate viewings by other REALTORS®
-Receive honest feedback, comments, inquiries on a timely basis
-Ongoing email updates, market conditions, progress reports

4. Receive Offers
-Review all contract details & contingencies ensuring clarity and benefits
-Negotiate on agreeable “sale” based on your needs & best possible results

5. Sign Purchase & Sale Agreement
-Buyers obtain Home Inspection/Appraisal
-Forward all relevant documents to legal professional
-Ensure all closing details, dates & arrangements are taken care of

6. Closing
-Lawyer completes conveyance of title & mortgage
-Buyer receives mortgage & title is registered

7. SOLD
